RIDGE, NY - On Saturday, April 25, Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker, Chairwoman of the Seniors and Human Services Legislative Committee, joined Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone to distribute face coverings and gloves to seniors at Leisure Village, Leisure Knoll, and Leisure Glen in Ridge.
“I would like to thank the federal, state, and county governments for coordinating the distribution of these important products that will protect our senior citizens, who are most vulnerable to the coronavirus,” said Legislator Anker.
“We are committed to do everything we can to help keep our senior citizens, who we know are especially susceptible to this virus, healthy and safe,” said County Executive Bellone.
