Suffolk County Legislator Steven J. Flotteron moves forward with exciting development, meeting with Seatuck Environmental Association, the Pastor of First Baptist Church in Bay Shore and Cameron Engineering, to discuss further stabilization and revitalization plans for Penataquit Creek. Local organizations have been working together for several years to make needed improvements to the area that have included several clean-ups a year by volunteers. Recent opportunities for improvements will be available through the generous donation by Cameron Engineering to donate a design to include two overlooks and a bridge down to the pond which will open up the vista to the community.
