September 13, 2021 – on September 11th Legislator Leslie Kennedy along with Comptroller John Kennedy attended many ceremonies across Suffolk County to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, 20 years ago. Leslie and John Kennedy had the honor of reading names of the fallen at the H Lee Dennison Building along with other county officials. Leslie and John Kennedy attended other ceremonies at Islip Town Hall, Catholic Cemetery in Old Westbury, Town of Smithtown and Commack High School.
