Legislator Steven J.
Flotteron recognized the nearly 70 Physician Assistants (PAs) at Good Samaritan
Hospital Medical Center for the vital role they play in enhancing the delivery
of high-quality healthcare for patients. The week of October 6-12, 2018 has
been proclaimed National Physician Assistants Week throughout Suffolk County.
“I encourage all
residents to recognize PAs for their significant impact in healthcare.” “They
are the gateway for many patients and play a vital role in helping them
navigate and understand their medical needs and how best to address them,” said
Legislator Flotteron.
