  1. Presentations given before Legislative bodies must be scheduled and approved by the chairperson.
  2. Each presentation will be run from the Legislature’s laptop, unless otherwise arranged. All applicable presentation files must be submitted in a separate folder on a USB drive, which must be provided to the Legislature’s IT staff at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.   3. Be advised that a copy of all presentation files will be saved for the public record by the Legislature. All sensitive or private data should be redacted from the files prior to their presentation.
  4. Location of Person Giving the Presentation*

    Please note that meetings are open to in-public attendance. Those giving presentations before legislative bodies may present at a meeting in person. Safety protocols for in-person attendance can be found at our Providing Public Comment webpage. Alternatively, the option for giving a presentation before legislative bodies remotely through Zoom remains available at this time.
