Schedule an Electronic Presentation at the Legislature

  1. Presentations given before Legislative bodies must be scheduled and approved by the chairperson.

    Each presentation will be run from the Legislature’s laptop, unless otherwise arranged. All applicable presentation files must be submitted in a separate folder on a USB drive, which must be provided to the Legislature’s IT staff at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.     Be advised that a copy of all presentation files will be saved for the public record by the Legislature. All sensitive or private data should be redacted from the files prior to their presentation.
